Next14, a major independent Italian group specialised in integrated communication, is a leader in marketing technologies. It has software to help marketing agencies grow their client's businesses.

The Need

• ✅ Ensuring a cohesive and industry-compliant user experience through the implementation of consistent design standards.
• ✅ Enhancing usability through a customizable interface that balances accessibility for novice users with advanced functionality for experienced ones, while still providing flexibility and efficiency.
• ✅ Striving for visual simplicity and elegance through the use of an aesthetic and minimalist design philosophy to improve overall user satisfaction.

The methodology

Leading the end-to-end design process while fostering collaboration between business and engineering teams, using design thinking methodology and an iterative approach to reach the desired outcomes.

Achieving a successful final delivery in a 6-month period, by first conducting stakeholder research and defining key functionalities, then creating prototypes, main interfaces and UI kit, while maintaining a close collaboration with the engineering team to improve their workflow and deliver needed artifacts throughout the process.
